Suzlon Group (Suzlon) was granted the project development contract on October 6, 2015. Suzlon will supply 48 S111 90m wind turbine generators and 2.1MW wind turbines under the conditions of the deal. Suzlon will provide operation and maintenance services for the project for the first 12 years. Construction began and is still ongoing in the first quarter of 2016.

Starting in 2015, power is sold at a rate of $0.099kWh for a duration of 25.00 years.
Regen Powertech was chosen as the wind turbine supplier for the project. The company supplied 67 VENSYS 87 turbines, each with a nameplate capacity of 1.5MW.
